In 2014, The Veggie Platter Co. teamed up with the fellows at The Parsnipship in South Wales to offer a unique and inspiring vegetarian (& vegan) wedding and event catering service. We now work with you, the customer, to tailor a menu to suit your taste buds, guests and budget. No event or menu is ever the same!

  • We can cater for weddings and events in many locations, from yurts and tipis, to marquees, village halls and hotels…informal & rustic in a barn or;
  • One of our chefs can join you to serve the food, or for a more affordable option, we just supply you with the food – potentially saving thousands of pounds
  • We can provide everything needed, including ovens, crockery, glasses and table linen
  • The Welsh Platter Co. can offer vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirement options, or a mixture of them all! But definitely no meat!

For any event The Veggie Platter Co. offers an ‘of the moment’ menu. We aim to use seasonal vegetables, sourced from local organic growers (where possible) in the finest freshest vegetarian and vegan food. From winter to the abundance of summer, The Veggie Platter Co. offers bespoke catering, unique for everyday of the year.

Prices:

Wedding prices are very much depending on the complexity of the menu but as a rule of thumb we should be able to accomodate your requirements within £25-£30/head. This is based on a big vegetarian ‘buffet’ including different pies, breads, cakes, salads, sides etc., for about 100 people.
